Essence — Who you really are
Before changing your life, you need to know what you want to create. For that, you need to reconnect with who you are beyond your roles, your titles, and what others expect of you.
I work with a model of 10 Purpose Archetypes. Each person has a dominant archetype that represents how they are designed to contribute to the world. When you're aligned with your archetype, your life expands. When you're disconnected, chaos appears — stagnation and the feeling that "something is missing".
In this pillar, we discover your archetype, understand where your energy expresses itself authentically and where it distorts, and align your decisions with your real essence. This gives you direction and meaning — not from your head, but from a much deeper place.
Mind — Your identity and emotional world
Your reality is determined by your psychological identity: the beliefs, habits, perceptions, and narratives you hold about yourself and about life. This mental programming creates what I call your Habitual State — the emotional and energetic state from which you operate most of the time. That state determines your decisions, your behaviors, and your results.
But changing the mind is not just cognitive work. Emotions are produced by your programming. That's why a fundamental part of this pillar is emotional release — letting go of the burdens associated with old patterns to elevate your Habitual State and install a mental program coherent with the life you desire to create.

Your mind can't function well if your body is unbalanced.
When the body is out of balance — from chronic stress, poor nutrition, lack of sleep, or deregulated habits — you lose clarity, emotional stability, and focus.
I work with 7 fundamental principles of physiological wellness:

Sleep & Rest — We'll work on your sleep hygiene so that every night is a real recovery.

Breathing — We'll correct your breathing patterns for proper regulation of your nervous system.

Hydration — I'll teach you to hydrate correctly, fundamental for energy creation and your body's functioning.

The goal is to bring your body to a state of balance so it can sustain the internal and external changes you're creating. When the body is in balance, the mind focuses, and that way, changes can be sustained.

Program Structure
2-hour mentoring sessions, weekly or biweekly frequency according to your needs.
Minimum commitment of 12 sessions to build a solid foundation for transformation.
Study materials and practical exercises between sessions.
