Shift Coaching was designed considering the operation and functioning of the Human Being.
By understanding the science behind the human body and mind, we use an approach to bring the body to a state of balance and well-being, along with the use of concrete techniques and tools that help us separate ourselves from our ego (programmed identity) and overcome the mental resistances in our process to generate new habits and routines that will allow us to embrace life fully.

Body
We identify how your body is functioning and make the necessary adjustments to bring it to a state of recovery. After analyzing your blood work, we will determine the best lifestyle (diet, exercise, etc.) according to your physiology. With this lifestyle we seek hormonal re-connection so the body can provide the correct support to your mind.
Mind
With tools and techniques that I will be teaching you, we will be working with the beliefs you have in all 5 Life Categories (Career, Finance, Health, Relationships and Personal/Spiritual Development). We will replace the beliefs that are being not useful for you with new beliefs chosen by you, which will lead to a change in your behavior and, therefore, a change in your reality.

Life Experience
Along with the work of getting your body and mind to work correctly and cohesively, we establish Identity-Based Goals for each area of your life and a concrete action plan to achieve them. This will allow you to change your Identity and live the life you desire, not the one that your history has imposed on you.
Program Details
We begin with a free assessment session to get to know each other and determine if it is appropriate to work together. Once the decision to work together is made, we will meet every week for 2 hours.
At the beginning of the process I will recommend you to take certain blood tests to identify how your body is functioning and to discover your Stress Response. Based on this, we will establish an diet based on your physiology to ensure that your body goes back to a repair mode so it can provide a correct support to the mind and therefore all your body can function properly.
After each session you will receive study material and homework designed for your current level and life situation that will help you understand the functioning of your body and mind, along with helping you progress through your growth journey.
The minimum period of time to work with me is 3 months (12 sessions). Then you can extend monthly (4 sessions). Monthly investment is $600 USD.
